This cardio was tough for me. By the time I hit the bonus I think I was lacking oxygen. I couldn’t decide which option to do so I did all of them like you do choreography. Haha. The minute went quickly. Thank you for pushing us to reach our limit, Chris!!

phew, I didnt think I had the energy for this one this evening but it kind of draws you in knowing that the next round is shorter so you push yourself harder. I ended up really enjoying it. I did feel incredibly sad for Anna just as she intended - animals have perfected the "poor old me" face for our benefit - and it works every time ! Thank you for getting me moving every day - yay!

The HITT style workouts aren’t my favorite but I have definitely seen improvements in my performance since I started actually following your program. I used to pick & choose workouts by doing what I like most but I made the decision to do all the 9am ones & I am now doing the higher impact options. Thanks for challenging us every day!

This was such a fun and sweaty combination of moves! I really liked the way you worked with the timing. I have never been able to do halos because of my shoulder, so I was all ready to do side bends. Then I thought, I've been doing mobility, why don't I try one? And I could do the whole minute with weight! Mobility is where it's at! Thank you!
This was waaaaaaay outside my comfort zone. I am scared of anything marked as HIIT! But I started the workout and channeled my inner Chris. I reminded myself that this is just a workout and I will do my best and modify as I need to, with the goal of finishing. That bonus was so mean! I yelled "noooooo" but then I got up and started doing jump squats which ended with just lifting up on my toes and not a jump but I finished, and that was the goal! I didn't love it BUT I am proud I tried it and I finished it! Thanks for pushing me today!

Fabulous workout! Way back when I used to skip the HIIT videos but now I love them. I do what I can then modify when needed and yeah I have no shame. It’s still working. Loved it and loved the One Crazy Summer reference! I myself speak fluently in movie quotes of the 80s genre!!

Great start to the day.. Even though they were repeats, it was not tiresome, or frustrating. The time flew by, and felt goo doing the moves. Glad I could do the halos on the knees. I definitely could feel it. Sorry your having Plantar issues. It can be very debilitating.. I remember having to slide down the steps on my butt, and doing the scooch walk to the bathroom at night..

I find I'm liking these timing change workouts. When you think you don't have anything left in the tank, you reconsider because it's only 30 seconds 🤔😅 The thrust back with biceps to overhead press was a toughy!

Great workout! Side lunges with twist to the knee were my favorite. Can't believe Fortnite and Hozier have already made it to the cardio mashup playlists. Sounds like you already know about the soft fabric alternatives to plastic cones but they don't work for Anna? Hope she heals quickly!

Great one, thanks!! When I do burpees I like to use my step, just those 4” makes it a little easier to get back up quicker. Oh sad Anna. Hope Anna doesn’t have to wear that cone for to long.
Thirty minutes may not seem like enough time for an effective workout, but this one definitely a very effective 30 minute workout! Gets the heart rate up and has you sweating.
Fun workout! I hope Anna is better soon so she doesn't have to wear the cone.

poor Anna ❤our doggy had a cone but we had to watch him ALL THE TIME as he could get out of it! Due to the fact his head is smaller than his neck!!! And his neck is long so he could also reach his paw. 🦒
