This was seriously so enjoyable! As much as I know we need to do our squat and lunges, sometimes the repetitiveness of those moves starts to get boring. This video incorporated some moves I've never done before but I can feel today that they were super effective. I'm going to add this one to my "favorites" playlist. I gave this video a like after completing the workout. But now that I’ve had a shower and some food I wanted to come back and say how much I enjoyed it. I can still do lunges and squats, mostly pain free, at 61 years old but it’s good to take a break from them sometimes. This workout was awesome. I love the variety. I really felt the adducted RDL which is new to me. I think I’m going to feel this one tomorrow. Now that I know what to expect I can’t wait to do this one again. Keep up the good work, you really are creative.

Yes, keeping your core engagement is difficult. I really enjoyed the abducted Romanian deadlift. I need more practice. My hamstrings and glutes are feeling happy.❤ I used 20, 25, 30 and 50lbs.
I really enjoyed this workout and the different exercises in it. Especially the first one, the abductor RDL. I have a question about the good mornings, though. I have really bony shoulders and it just hurt too much to put weight on them. I also have pretty bad arthritis.can you think of another way to hold the weight and still be able to do the exercise? Would a 30 pound weight in front of you similar to a squat and bending with that work? Thanks for such a great workout as always.
I know, it's ideal with a bar instead. Then you rest it on your traps. There is a variation where you hold the weight in front while seated on a bench, then hinge at the waist.
