Professional linguists have theorized he was referring to the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama, in these remarks; however, no man, or even god, will ever know.
This has apparently also become an internet "meme" on the social media platform "TikTok" and "Instasnap." I hope those millennials are not using this in any way that would be rude or disparaging.
