I think you are right. Could you write more about it? I'd like to read you and why music studios do not use windscreen and use a pop filter for recording vocals?
@@codelucky they use foams too on noisy studios like to minimize airconditioning noise, or fan noise, but the use of foams are greatly appreciated on outdoor scenarios , like vlogs, news reporting, stuff like that because it gets really noisy and windy outside, the pop filter is mostly used for vocal recording in the studio to avoid the plosives blowing air into the mic because the mouth is too near.
@@geometrydashiuppiter6910 Hey, you probably made a choice by now. But you'd benefit if you have noise in the room (for example if your computer noise bleeds into the mix)
Big difference! Without the cover it felt like every word was punching my ear drum, but with the cover everything sounded very smooth and soothing to my drums.
I have some microphone cover but never use them on my older microphone due to it actually took some volume away and my microphone is the Bluetooth microphone that was such a big trend back in 2016, yes I brought it back in 2016. I had also a pop filter but it came was a mic table stand and no claps but it works so I’m planning of using rubberband or those zip ties to tie it to my existing human length microphone stand that I’ve not use in years due to the microphone has already end its time after 5 years.
you need a pop filter for the plosives, microphone foams are for reducing the hiss of air moving around the mic

I'm going to record my vocals at home, not in a professional studio. Would I benefit from getting a foam?

@@Checo43 I haven't actually. Would you reccomend having both a pop filter and a foam? Or is just one of the two enough?
I can't tell if this is a condom sponsor video
Posible 😅
I like how you looked up like you didn't just say that

Do you think a windscreen is also better for singing??
Thanks
1:09 what you mean by that?
Can we use this mic for computer screen recording for youtube???
Love thoose pufos!

I will try and stay away from the word “pee” cause of the wind
sounds the same with and without for me
Theres less emphasis on the “Puh” sound when he says the beginning of each word
@@iMarcoz05 a pop filter works better imo
@@iMarcoz05 While this is true, it's stil unacceptable. So that foam cover is essentially useless as a pop filter.
I laughed at the p words lmao
your second take was lower??
A couple of minutes I will never get back.
Anybody notice the video selection above the last video before the comments look at the thumbnail ^

Hey bro, why was "Penis" the last thing to come out of your mouth? Why did you not pause it?
(a "pause" word thereafter was necessary)
Big difference in the "penis"
