They wanted, through their shipping calculator, 24 bucks U.S. to deliver a 1 lb package to Ottawa... 3-4 days. $17.00 price was about 10-20 days. In Canadian funds, thats only fractionally less than the place I was going to buy from was charging after converting to Canadian. After watching your video and learning about the credit card non-sense, I will not be using them for sure now. Thanks. Saved me some headaches and sleepless nights, I sure!

I really didn't want to spend 10-25 dollars on a replacement set of earpads that wouldn't be half as durable (or half as comfortable). Especially not for a pair of headphones that are 10 years old and I only use them for work. You've saved my headphones <3

DO NOT USE MYUS, I ordered using the myUS UK and it has been horrible. I don't even know if I will ever see my package. There is NO communication. I have tried everything to get in touch with them, whatsapp, twitter, email. I am going to make it my mission to make sure people know how SHIT this service is.

Hello everybody, I totally, completely agree with what is saying on this video... They are not honest there at MyUs... They blocked more than 18lb of packages for +\- 950$ USD value... That happened after their cyber attacks experiences🤷🏻. I want to shock you with the following: AFTER THEIR 1 MONTH OF FREE STORAGE, THEY BEGAN ASKING ME TO PAY SOMETHING LIKE 500$ USD PER MONTH. I WROTE THEM TO UNDERSTAND ME BECAUSE OF LATE IN PAYMENT THAT WAS DUE TO THAT CYBER ATTACKS (THEY EXPERIENCED LAST MARCH 2022). THEY RESPOND TO ME THAT IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THOSE FEES, I ANSWERED THAT I DIDN'T REFUSE PAYING BUT IF THEY COULD MAKE A PAUSE ON COUNTING THE TIME I MANAGE HOW I COULD PAY FOR THE STORAGE FEES AND SHIPPING FEES. THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME A WEEK, AFTER THAT WEEK THEY CONTINUED COUNTING IT REACHED 814$ ONLY FOR STORAGE FEES... I WAS OUT OF MYSELF AND A LITTLE BIT DISAPPOINTED! "I COULD NEVER IMAGINE THAT A *SERIOUS COMPANY* COULD BRING ME TO THAT POINT..." TWO MONTHS LATER, IT WAS. ABOUT 1 400$ USD AND THEY BEGIN SENDING ME SOME "FINAL NOTICE" AFTER WICH THEY COULD CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. Did this today for both my 35s and 700, cleaned the cushing yesterday so it feels fresh. The noise isolation is great now. Was no way I was gonna pay 70€ + shipping for replacement cushings that’s gonna wither (and ruin the isolation) within 6 months.
