Scotch brite has a grit chart for these. It states 7447 (maroon) is 320 grit 7448 (grey) is 800 grit 7445 (white) is 1500 I think festool is using the same stuff, their 320 vlies is maroon, and 800 vlies are grey.
What would the red be considered for automotive and what do you think the regular green would be closest too? Somebody told me the red was about like 320 grit.. Is that true?

This wasn't what I was searching for, but it's exactly what I need to refinish my aluminum window frames someone painted with latex wall paint. 👍
