I love watching your flip throughs. I need to be more consistent with working in my Midori. It seems that there is not enough time in the day to do so. What an inspiration you are to me.
Awww mommy's little helper is so gorgeous! Beautifully neat journaling Mits...I think I am leaning towards getting a Hobonichi Techo for my Birthday this year....Thanks for the inspiration....Hugs X
Not for a while Mits but I will try to get one for 2016...any idea when it can be ordered from? Oooh yes do...he has lots of admirers I'm sure the little sweetheart- he's such a poppet as we say in England...XX
Hiya i love you videos and your planner is super gorgeous !! I love the way you draw i think these little books would be nice keepsakes to give to your son when he's grown up.
BWA haha that brought back memories! Yes my grandma and neighbor would exchange ingredients thru kitchen windows all the time. Tiniest refrigerators too tall and skinny with many drawers
thanks for the sharing, love your videos, i will be posting my feb flip through at the end of this month. post your videos whenever you can. hope you got your new apartment, and love your little helper
Hi Mits. I love your flips and your artwork. You have such good ideas to help us struggling hobonichi artists. But it's true we don't know what a busy life you have with your family and trying to find an apartment and all the things you must do to keep your family healthy and happy. Thank goodness your baby got better. By the way, he is absolutely adorable. Wouldn't it be cool if all your fb fans could end up knowing what country he chooses. I'm betting Canada. I know, I write too much. Take care and if I see another post I know you've hung in there at least one more time. XO!
Judith Meyer hahahah I LOVE that you write me these comments!! LOVE IT! :)) I'm secretly hoping he chooses Canada (hahah just so that he can be canadian with me) ^^
Please continue with these wonderful flip through videos! I love them so much ^__^ I hope you were able to sign the papers for your new apartment? Thank you so much for sharing, your Hobonichi is so beautiful! xoxo
By the way - the Setsubun seems so interesting! Does it have to do with the beginning of spring? Throwing the beans reminds me of the tradition of throwing rice at weddings to bring good fortune and drive away evil spirits. Very interesting, I love hearing about different traditions :) :)
palestblue I believe it does. It's the same idea: we throw the beans to bring in good fortune and drive away the evil..There is also a saying that accompanies this act :)
Oh wow! I remember the time you were pregnant and now seeing your little baby has grown really shocked me! (in a positive way! :):) ) I really like your flips, keep going :)
I was wondering if you ever did a tutorial on using small original photographs in your journals. You mentioned briefly about it in one of the videos, but I cannot find any mention about you print those. I don't want to purchase a polaroid camera right now, and I wondered how you got those small photos in your journal. All your videos are fantastic. Thanks for sharing with us!
kpequignot Hello ! I don't own a printer so I use an app on my phone to make a photo collage, then I save it to a USB and go to the convenient store to print hehe. Here is the video where I talk about how I print out these small photos: ua-cam.com/video/fi-VBvdVm_0/v-deo.html Thank you so much for watching :))
