120hz fix on PS5 and on my lg ultragear monitor

Hi everyone I did a short video on my ps5 on how to put 120hz and how smooth it looks on the monitor it’s very good from 60hz to 120hz u can clearly see the difference hope u enjoy the video leave a like and subscribe and tell me what you want to see more

If someone is seeing this and still can’t figure it out after 1h I landed on this video and found out you have to go on a game that can be played on 120fps and go in the settings and be sure that the 120 fps mode is on and normally your monitor will go on 120 fps

this shit never works, why are all these videos the exact same video telling us the exact same thing and it never works. I have 144hz acer monitor and a 2.1 HDMI 8K cable and it still shows up as 60hz 😡

Try and find a setting that says hdmi compatibility turn that off and it should work also turn off freesync and or gsync and hdr

It works guy just don’t gave up I made this exactly because I thought it never work see if ur monitor/tv can do the change if not u need a monitor who can change to 120hz

Run it at automatic it does the same thing. It just won’t display 4k at 120 hz which is 3460x2160 or something which is high af. BUT… if you run at automatic or 2160 witch should be the highest you get high clear picture and the same 120hz. My current display right now with this guys same monitor is 2560 x 1440 -120.Hz. Better picture means better gaming experience

Turn on performance mode and load up a game that supports 120 hz. In the regular ps5 screen it’ll say 60 , you have to load a game that supports it bc some don’t (most do)
