Mario Ramirez why the hell is that not a game?! Just a mario bros game but wario is the main character and when you get to the end you have to run to the back before it’s too late
this music fucks, its so good. its chaotic and anxiety inducing. I love how there are weird moments of relief and comfort, but then it goes back to being stressful and they switch inbetween, showing that being comfortable right now is NOT GOOD, you need to hurry up and get your ass done with the level, so HURRY UP! im pretty sure we had a moment like that when we are working on a project or assignment on a strict time limit.
Anyone remember the level before the final boss where you enter the level and immediately fall onto that frog timer. 10 mins to grab the 4 treasure pieces throughout the lvl and return back to the start!!! Never thought 10 mins would go by so damn fast! 0_0
I remember that feeling when I reach the end of the stage and see the switch. It was a good feeling... Then I remembered that as soon as I hit it, I had to make a mad dash back to the start.
Imagine being outside and you hit a switch and the world starts to shake around you like jelly and eerie bells start ringing and everything around you starts to decay a little more and more and there's one safe place around somewhere. Its like the end of the universe happening around Wario while trying to escape with *this* music. I wonder if people watching this know that along with this music the backround world starts waving as well Very intense. I guess nintendo is too much of a family friendly game company to continue this
I’m really impressed by how well 0:02 - 1:18 creates such a tense atmosphere, considering that it’s mostly just weird noises playing over drums In general I’m surprised a song this unconventional sounds so good
Doesn’t matter if it’s Pizza time, Happy Hour, The Portal is closing or the time rift is collapsing. When that timer starts and you get yelled at to move it, *You better run*
I really love that this game forces you to really map out the level in your mind so you can escape with as much time as possible once you hit the switch. And so a lot of what this theme symbolizes is the desperation of wanting to remember. The last part of this theme is so scary though, that'll usually be an indicator that you're not doing a good job remembering or navigating as the silence really harks failure.
You know what we need? A new Wario Land game, and the escape theme being this theme but remixed. But no "friendly song" like Shake It, it has to be angry, it has to be stressful, like this one
When I was in school, I was allowed out 10 minutes earlier than everybody else, and there was one time where I didn’t notice the time and didn’t get out until 3-4 minutes were left, and this song literally played in my head as I ran through the corridors. XD
legit still cant decide between WL4 and Pizza Tower as my favourite platformer of all time because they both scratch so many different yet similar itches lol (need Anton Blast to finally decide)
Have not to this day felt such a feeling of dread as I did whenever this song got to ~2:40. That's because I don't dread.. things, though. But this game when I was like five.. Suffice it to say I've never lost a single level on the return due to this music.
Finally, i have them all in my playlist. "Hurry up!" "Collapsing Time Rift" "Its Pizza Time!" "The Death That I Deservioli" "ITS HAPPY HOUR" "Bye Bye There!"
20-odd years after playing this game, just noticed the beginning of the song has a nearly imperceptible "YOU FOOL!" Damn exploding frog calling names all this time.
is it the almost rumbling-like sounds that repeat and play before 0:23? I can barely hear it but this just shows how insane and timeless this game’s soundtrack is
jesus the song kinda gives off the vibe wario regrets his decision to go here, like the noises at 0:43 sound like a bike, maybe he wishes he just turned around and left
Years before this game came out. As a kid I had a dream where I navigated a strange world solving puzzels and having to step on certain tiles and stuff. The dream ended at a mysterious scifi transporter portal to take me back to the real world. As I was fumbling with the controls i heard a loud electric guitar like thunder clap and the entire world outside of the transport terminal froze, turned black and white and spiraled into a vortex. I then tried to frantically get the gate to open but there was another electric thunder sound, and myself and the portal room froze, lost color and swirled into nothingness. then i woke up. This game always eerily reminded me of that dream I had. Especially with the color drain and the worlds seemingly imploding on themselves.

@@reneejamison6644 No Time For Fans! I gotta go save tails! IM COMING TAILS! *music plays*
Oh heh..*So you wanna know how fast am I? Heh*
"CRAP i'm gonna be late for school!!" *rams every person standing in the way*
*Uses headbutt dash*
HURRY UP!" *dashes forward and can hear clock ticking as its approaching less than 1 minute to go*
Particularly 1:18
*Speed boosts in Varia Suit*
the toast almost falls out
Anyone remember the level before the final boss where you enter the level and immediately fall onto that frog timer. 10 mins to grab the 4 treasure pieces throughout the lvl and return back to the start!!! Never thought 10 mins would go by so damn fast! 0_0
I fuckin hate golden pyramid.
It's called Golden Passage.
well, you can collect one, leave, and it will be collected
On that same level in Super Hard you only have three minutes. Good luck...
i never beaten Golden passage
I really need to play this game...
Indeed.
Edit: Seriously? Almost 90 thumbs-up just for saying "indeed."? UA-cam is weird.
dotz71000 you even have more likes than the original comment.
Christoman64 why not buy my boy
And install it?
Christoman64 hurry up! and play
Christoman64 this was 2001 boi
I turned into a whole different person when this music came on in the game. XDD
To think this track inspired 2 different platforming games to make equally as good songs is interesting.
Hatty Time and Pizza Time?
@@camoking3609 Correct guess.
@@camoking3609 you mean Collapsing Time Rift?
@@jayzelallensayco7104 I know this is a joke but no they meant happy hour from antonblast
@@KSKY2012 And Collapsing Time Rift. (hatty time lol)
That clock bell sound in the end always gives me a goosebump because reminding of your last or defeated moment in your life
I remember that feeling when I reach the end of the stage and see the switch.
I guess nintendo is too much of a family friendly game company to continue this
Their games used to be dark, even the cookie cutter looking ones on the NES, SNES, N64
1:47 I love the weird noise this part is my fav, it goes in for a while.
The way this game uses the time limit and switches everything makes this game pure gold
1:14 Is such a banger omg. Really makes the game come alive
I know what my new alarm is going to be >:]
Mine has been this for a while, gets me up every morning!
For added effect, Play it 5 mins before you have to leave.

Never thought of this. Needs to happen.
Anxiety in music form.
Genius.
I remember the exact moment I first heard this and had no clue what to do!
I’m really impressed by how well 0:02 - 1:18 creates such a tense atmosphere, considering that it’s mostly just weird noises playing over drums
In general I’m surprised a song this unconventional sounds so good
Apparently it's also microtonal
"Hurry Up!"
"It's Pizza Time!"
"IT'S HAPPY HOUR!"
Collapsing time rift:
Now Distasteful Anchovi :)
Hurry up, It's Pizza Hour!
Sugar rush
Doesn’t matter if it’s Pizza time, Happy Hour, The Portal is closing or the time rift is collapsing. When that timer starts and you get yelled at to move it, *You better run*
Your Mission: Scroll to the bottom of the comments before the song hits 3:10, now Hurry! You don't have much time!
If this doesn’t become an alarm for alarmo we riot
The music of final exams

If escaping a nightmare had a theme, this would be it
My new alarm tone. I leave it on until I finish taking a bath. I race with the music and I never get late.

There is something so ominous and haunting about the tick tocking.
now its gas
If Alarmo doesn’t have this as an option then why bother?
I think the alarmo only have Nintendo switch titles
I really love that this game forces you to really map out the level in your mind so you can escape with as much time as possible once you hit the switch. And so a lot of what this theme symbolizes is the desperation of wanting to remember. The last part of this theme is so scary though, that'll usually be an indicator that you're not doing a good job remembering or navigating as the silence really harks failure.
Love this song. Warioland 4 really saved the best for last in the series.
+Metaridley92 Really wish that nintendo will make more games with wario that not warioware.
Soahc Tcefrep I like the Wario Ware series. But I do agree that I'd much rather see another WarioLand game. Doesn't seem likely though...
Metaridley92 Shake it is pretty much Warioland 4.5
@@MrMexx2 well. They made a new warioware so yeah. Also I hope they make a new Wario land. Although shake it is 4.5 technically
DRINKING GAME:
Take a shot for every Pizza Tower related comment you see on this video.
I don't wanna rekt myself, man, lolz
i lost 6 brain cells playing this game
Death sentence
When it's black Friday and people are blocking the exit and your done shopping.
THAT IS SO TRUE
You know what we need? A new Wario Land game, and the escape theme being this theme but remixed. But no "friendly song" like Shake It, it has to be angry, it has to be stressful, like this one
welcome to pizza tower, may I take your order
I'd highly recommend Pizza Tower
@@benjamin_0265 Oh I've followed that game for years, played it and loved it
i love how this got reccomended to me after pizza tower became a thing
When the ghost keeps stealing your damn key
I Think The Level Is Crescent Moon Village
When I was in school, I was allowed out 10 minutes earlier than everybody else, and there was one time where I didn’t notice the time and didn’t get out until 3-4 minutes were left, and this song literally played in my head as I ran through the corridors. XD
With Pizza Tower and AntonBlast, I feel like "platformers with timed escape sequences" has become my new favourite type of genre
legit still cant decide between WL4 and Pizza Tower as my favourite platformer of all time because they both scratch so many different yet similar itches lol
(need Anton Blast to finally decide)
That moment where you stare off into space during a test and when you come too again you only have 15 minutes left
Sabes que la Papeada va a estar bien chimba y Termonuclear cuando suena esto:
We need an official remaster of this game and it’s glorious soundtrack.
Have not to this day felt such a feeling of dread as I did whenever this song got to ~2:40. That's because I don't dread.. things, though. But this game when I was like five..
Suffice it to say I've never lost a single level on the return due to this music.
pizza time: stressing at first but easy to get used to it
hurry up: ptsd
I wish they would add this to the Switch GBA emulator
They really need to *HURRY UP!!!*
Finally, i have them all in my playlist.
"Hurry up!"
"Collapsing Time Rift"
"Its Pizza Time!"
"The Death That I Deservioli"
"ITS HAPPY HOUR"
"Bye Bye There!"

When you run from Wario Head in an endless hallway.
Wario: “You want fun? Wario show you fun.”
There must be a video about that but with the "Hurry up" song from Wario Land 4
There are no videos with the Hurry Up theme, but it would be kinda fitting.
@@gusanims Then we'll just wait for it.
20-odd years after playing this game, just noticed the beginning of the song has a nearly imperceptible "YOU FOOL!"
Damn exploding frog calling names all this time.
is it the almost rumbling-like sounds that repeat and play before 0:23?
