My grandma bought me a thrift shop gameboy advance when I was like 5-7 and it only had this game, I instantly fell in love with it and I've surely spent like thousands of hours and hours playing and replaying until this day, that's is the best memory I have with videogames

Wario Land 4 is by far the best platformer I have ever witnessed. I could write a book about all of it's amazing aspects. However, if you really wanted to understand the greatness of the game, just watch the intro.
Ever heard of emulators? This game came out couple years before I was born but thanks to an emulator got to play this absolute gem. I want a new Wario Land on the Switch so bad!
I got this game as a kid just cause I liked Wario. Then I played it and fell in love. It is *so* good and *so* under appreciated for the solid, fun platformer it is. Still absolutely one of my top 5 favourite games and I don't see that ever changing.

I love this game SO much. Then one fateful day, I left it into my pocket and it went into the washing machine. I still have that cartridge to this day. Amazingly enough it still works. The only problem is that it doesn't save anymore, so whenever I want to play it, I have to go through the whole thing all in one sitting. xD It's a pretty short game, so it isn't that big of a deal.
the CR1616 battery probably got cooked when it went through the wash. You could have someone open up the cart and replace the save battery instead of buying a new game.

Yep, it has tons of nightmare fuel for no reason. From the Sapphire Passage, to the creepy bosses, to the weird and unnerving CD songs, among other stuff. Glad PT inherited that with the main menu jumpscare, 4th boss, 5th floor, etc.

Like the melody feels dozing or rather sleepy. like there is a light but Pleasant fog on it. some of the instruments sound really nice compressed and other things not. i really would like to see a mash up between both versions.
