simple. if you want to get the P Rank in Normal or Lapper's Choice (if you are mad enough to do it in one go), you HAVE to kill Snotty for the first room check. destroying Pillar John adds to your combo, but it doesn't count as a combo that started in the FIRST room.

Pizza Tower levels have secrets. it's not a fail when your Pizza Tower adaptation of a level has elements of Pizza Tower in it.
