Simply heavenly! This honey pistachio babka bread wreath is the best combination of pistachio baklava and babka bread! Made with a soft yeast dough, filled with a pistachio cinnamon spread, shaped into a wreath, then soaked in honey syrup after baking. Every bite is soft, nutty, and oozing with honey pistachio flavor! This pistachio bread is one of my favorites and perfect with a cup of tea or coffee!

I just made this and it’s delicious! I did have to refrigerate the dough after I rolled it so that the filling didn’t ooze out but after about 10 -15 minutes in the fridge I was able to cut and twist it more easily. Thank you for the great recipe!

Yes, you can freeze the bread for later. Just make sure to wrap it well in plastic wrap.

It's not poisonous, it just turns into regular sugar. People put honey in boiling tea all the time and everyone is just fine!
