I was so inspired by this, but I had an idea to use the ingredients I had already, so i made this with white chocolate ganache type of cream , almonds instead of hazelnuts, and rose water syrup. There's a Lebanese style cake I was combining thought with in making this. It was amazing. I'm going to do your exact receipe here soon.

It's a pity that they don't give a short introduction that babka is a popular cake in Israel, it's a sweet braid originated in the Jewish communities (i think in Poland and Ukraine specifically).
We bake such braids in Tel-Aviv in our bakery and people just loooove them.

Any idea for fillings for filling that’s nut free? 😫 I have a family member that has nut allergy but I want to make this!
Don't put the hazelnuts in, just the ganache is already good
ive heard sunflower seeds work in place of hazelnut but you should do some more research on that
Just ganache or butter with cinnamon and pinch of all spice. 💕💕
