Good Day Chef 🇺🇦🧑🍳. You don't have to make things just for me 😉. I have to think that it would make a nice French Toast or maybe with some Mortadella. I see that you made 2 loaves, can you mail 📬 me one. Making bread today myself. I'm making it for breadcrumbs. I add a little extra butter and oil to the dough so it's got some baked into the bread. I'll dry it out and grind it up and add seasoning as it grinds. I coat what I'm making with the crumb mixture and the extra oit and butter helps crisp up what I'm baking. I need to try and make my own breadcrumbs! I make my own salad croutons with local sourdough bread. Makes for the best croutons!

@@TatyanasEverydayFood Hi again, The extra oil or butter helps "baste" whatever you put the crumbs on. I added a little dry chicken base instead of salt 🧂 in the last batch and it gave it a nice flavor. Have a Blessed and Beautiful Weekend 🇺🇸✝️🇺🇦📖✌️💞🙏🥀😘

Hi! Yes, KitchenAid mixers are designed to knead dough. Make sure to only use it on the first speed setting only!

I'm so glad you enjoy my recipes! Thank you! I personally haven't tried replacing the eggs, but it should work. You'll want to add the same amount of buttermilk - about 1 cup.

Hi do you buy the nuts with their shells on? or buy them with no shells. If bought with no shells are they to be roastef too. a bit confused on roasting them with or without shells. Can you explain how you prepard yours.Thank you for your reply. Patricia
Hi Patricia! I buy shelled, salted and roasted pistachios from Costco. You'll need to measure the nuts after shelling them. I love the flavor of salted pistachios, but unsalted will also work well. Enjoy!

That's funny I was just thinking about your loaf when your message came through and you said in your message what I had forgot to ask you if the weight of the nuts were after they were shelled.I shall try to find them salted and roasted in the shell too. I live in France and we don,t have a Costco but I am sure that I shall find them.If not then I could use almonds or walnuts. Do you prefer making it with sour cream or Greek yogurt. I prefer to use sour cream but yogurt will work just as well. The sour cream we have in the US tends to be on the thicker side and I prefer the texture.

Looks good, however the hand crank grinder I bought at Walmart busted all teeth when I tried to grind unshelled pistachios for baklava. So.....lol
