    Chemlink M-1 is god.
I've returned to a project where we installed a standing seam metal roof 2 years later in central BC where temps range from 38°C to -20°C and upon inspection, expecting to re-apply and address issues, found nothing.
Literally took the caulking gun up the ladder with a tube of M-1, observed the condition of 2 year old beads I laid on a couple spots of a metal roof chimney pipe, and climbed back down the ladder without doing anything. I advised my clients to check anually, this was 5 years ago, they haven't done any touch-ups, and again, this is in BC, Canada, 38° summers, -20°C winters with lots of standing snow, zero issues.
I have a friend that blew his above ground pool seam, he ran a bead of M1 4 years ago, gave it 4 hot sunny days to cure, filled up the pool, no leaks, this was 3 years ago. He has 3 kids and lives in a neighborhood with tons of kids, his pool sees heavy use through the summer, pool stays out all winter, just covers it, again in BC Canada, 30° avg summer, -5°C avg winters, lots of snow....Zero issues.
As a homebuilder we install a lot of "prolok" standing seam roofing. Upon contacting the ProLok company and mentioning M-1, the warranty dept immediately agreed that M1 is the only product they will warranty their roofing system when installed by a non-certified roofer.

I always used M1, I’m thinking of making the switch to rain buster myself.

You were right, I am surprised! I always thought Liquid Nails was a sure thing. Thanks for setting me straight.

Elasticity is a big deal with roof caulk and adhesive. Did locktite do well in tjat regard?
