My homie sent me this😂, we gotta maintain lots of properties so he needs me to move as fast as possible. He showed me the last method in person but i didn't really get it till this 😂. (He explained everything just as good also, im just dumb and need to see something lotta times before i understand😭)
I would advise against an electric trimmer if you plan to edge with it like this unless the edge is already established. It won't have enough power if it's overgrown.
Why does most garden care, folk always remove the stone shield? without it your likely to lose an eye if it flips a stonechip upwards. It's there for a reason?
While this method works great if you have a lawn that’s maintained, if you have a lawn that has been neglected, your going to need a edging trimmer for it to look right. Once it’s edged with a edger, as long as you maintain it, you can get away with doing this with a string trimmer.
@@andrewvisiko5250 for sure! Much easier with an edger. Although we've definitely established some edges with trimmer, it's definitely not the most efficient or safe way to do it
Tried this yesterday for the first time and wow you make it look easy lol
Appreciate the video I tried this today for the first time
Glad it helps! How'd it go?

Sometimes you gotta see things a few times before it clicks! Glad it helps. Let me know how it goes next week!
Man hope y'all staying busy bro I got love for everyone working in this heat doing this.
bruh just get an edger trust me you can walk with your eyes closed and get a straight edge quicker
Thank you for getting straight to the point!
You made it look so easy . Hope I can buy one of these, probably a cordless batt operated .

@@thrivelawncare Not "electric" but cordless. Most of the big name cordless string trimmers are pretty powerful, rivalling gas trimmers.
You’re like the big brother I always wanted. Thanks for the advice
Anytime! Give me a ring or send a message if you have any questions! Cheers
I have been bad at edging for years. I always eat through a bunch of string
Same
Great job 😎😎😎

What type of cord do you use? Mine snaps if I even look at anything that isn't grass.
Is that the 400 or 450 speed feed head?
Tried This today and my string trimmer died. Jk!
Great video!!
Doing this from now on 😂😂😎😎
You should've chosen a yard that actually had grass on the edge
