She used a writing board to comunicate with her parents so its safe to say she never talks. But who knows what happens in the future. However noncanonicly she is voiced by Casey in Blazblue cross tag battle where she became a dlc fighter and because they needed voice lines when she got hit they decided Casey should voice her.

The first time he used his Semblance, he accidentally got stuck in a bubble of water and nearly drowned. Even normal water can be dangerous for him if he loses control of it again, which is why he's afraid of things like bathing and rain.
I'd love it if Neptune became the other kind of hydrophobic, like the swords and tables that are made of hydrophobic material you can literally pour a droplets onto said table and cut them cleanly with the blade into smaller and smaller drops cause it slides right off.

Your edits continue to be fire, especially liked the waving in front of shadowclone!Blake's face :) The next-> transitions were cool too And we march ever onward toward volume 4, the volume with my favourite opening song, I've made it part of my motto-trinity (I have three of them so why not 🤷🏻♀️). Also just a really good volume in general imo. It's different. Looking forward to you getting to see the short soon so you can get a feel for the new animation engine :) Your pace is insane by the way, so if the pressure on recording and editing ever gets to ya don't hesitate to slow it. But if you can keep this up then by absolutely ALL means keep it up! :D Oh and... DID someone fall? xD
