I heard There is a Chance team JNPR along will Neo Roman Cinder and Emerald might be added to the game soon. I don't think they will all make it to the game but I at least hope team JNPR does.
I personally believe they made this series to help us viewers receive therapy from THAT episode.

The chibi designs were conceptualized by a fan artist, turns out. Hajime "mojojoj" Nakamura is best known for his cute artwork of the show, and his work is even included in the official manga anthologies.

Yeah, I was eating a bunch of chocolate chips once and, went to close the bag and, decided "What the heck, one more chip won't hurt.", but, it did, in fact it burned... I ended up finding out I have acid reflux so, that's funny to look back on.

Yeah, when she was pre-volume 3 I was worried the show was going to utterly destroy her, which it did, but now I'm kinda concerned she might've swung too far the opposite way.
Zwei is actually a reference to Ein from cowboy bebop. Ein is 1 in German and Zwei is 2 in German.

I imagine Sam Ireland (Nora's VA) had fun with that ending dialogue in ep. 6 xD

Yes this is the same animators as RWBY, not only did this help with their therapy after Vol 3, it also gave them practice in the animation engine

That book that Ruby took from Blake actually is in the series proper. Back in Volume 1 when the girls are first decorating their room during the montage (making the world's most unsafe bunk beds, putting up posters, Ruby accidentally slicing the curtains, etc), Blake is spotted putting some books away and pulling out one called "Ninjas of Love" that she seems awfully embarrassed about before secretly tucking it away again. The fans just assumed that it was some sort of erotica. So naturally when Chibi came along, the jokes had to be said about it.

Can't watch this weekday mornings due to work, but just like to point out in ep 5, when Blake is dressed up as Yang, she keeps an arm behind her back so it looks like she only has one ....for reasons. :P (even if it is the wrong arm).

I think Kat mentioned the theory many in the FNDM have that RWBY Chibi is their real world and RWBY Proper is the show that they act on like a soap opera. That is why Pyrrha is here and Yang still has both arms in Chibi. Rooster Teeth shows they are aware of that theory and adds some weight to it in an upcoming Chibi skit
My theory is that RWBY chibi is all in Nora's head. She's the one who said it never happened, ever. There's also what happens at a later episode. So, this all being in Nora's mind, of course there will be comedy segments. 😆
