  • Vietnamese Egg Coffee is a classic coffee drink that hails from Hanoi, Vietnam. A predecessor to the famous Dalgona coffee, this drink is creamy, airy, and oh so decadent - and not to mention very easy! Pairing the sweet egg cream with our nutty and bold robusta coffee beans will take this drink to the next level.

Thanks! I really love your clear, simple and organised instruction. I just made one cup of this egg coffee and it’s so nice!👍🏻
Btw, I prefer this egg coffee than Dalgona coffee as it’s less sweet and less heavy

I have so many eggs from my pet Turkeys and chickens I needed recipes to try this. I used Turkey eggs for this and the coffee was made in my 18th Century Swedish Copper coffee pot. Let me tell you, it was my first time to try this and it was truly awesome!!! I think it would be easily applied to make an Irish coffee with the egg cream and a dash of whiskey ....thanks for briniging me this knowledge!

No...if you are worry about salmonella, you can pasteurize your egg(s) (google it for detailed instructions) ...but, a quick method to do a quick boil. have enough water to cover entire egg at least by 1 inch, bring your water to 140 degrees F (Note: at 142 F you will start cooking the egg) and place your "ROOM Temp" egg in for 3 to 5 minutes. 2d Note: If not room temp, your cold egg(s) will most likely crack when place in hot water.

Yes, it could be that she's not a native V speaker , but It could maybe because she's speaking English. It's hard to mix in Vietnamese words perfectly when you're trying to nail the English part simultaneously, especially a word like "Nguyen". Foreigners are gonna watch this too since she'a living in the U.S, it's best to pronounce in a way that is familiar to them than try to "teach" them to speak V like a native.

No matter where you go, people in different countries are always going to pronounce names differently depending on where they live, and no one with half a gnats brain should expect them to do differently.
