I followed his each and every instructions which he explained beautifully and it came out really well. I generally don’t like cheesecake but when I saw the way he presented I wanted to give it a shot!! And boommm… it’s super easy and waayyyy better than store bought!!! Give it a try before mango season ends !!!
Excellent recipe. By default, I used just 5 gms gelatine since, that's all I had left from earlier use and the cake turned out even better as it was a nice soft, creamy texture that could hold its shape but, was not stiff. It was easily declared the best cheese cake made till date by all. Thank u for this great recipe.
Ye Dislike kaun karta hai😭... Itni mehnat se insaan bnata hai .. aur ye cake itna delicious aur sundar hai... Kam se kam dislike krne se pehle apne capabilities dekh leni chaheye ki khud se itna accha ban payega ????..

So I've tried making cream cheese almost 4 times and never got this smooth texture..probably bcz i never knew a lot of things he mentioned in the video...tried this method also added extra fat when needed..loved the result.. my cream cheese was never so perfect... thanku so much for making our lives easier!☺Especially now that its so hard to get ingredients..

I made this cake yesterday. It was yummy!!! Absolutely delicious. Although I couldn't get white chocolate so it might have affected the texture and taste a little bit. But overall it's an amazing recipe. Thank you for sharing it with us.
@@Sam-st8if Yes. I followed the same process. But I didn't have 2 250ml boxes of fresh cream to put before and after curdling. So I used the same 250ml pack half before and half while beating the cream cheese. I used full fat milk 1litter and refrigerated it overnight. It was still really creamy and smooth.

I tried this! I've been wasting money all my baking life in sub standard cream cheese from apparently premium brands! But this one which is made was really inexpensive as compared to that plus the quality was really really good! It's full proof if we follow the chef's advice! And I almost never write reviews but this one deserved a special mention!! Just one thing if Chef Keer can answer is as to how many days can we keep this in the fridge or even frozen? I used my second batch almost 2 weeks later and it was perfectly fine but don't know if I should have?

Whosoever reading this! I wanted to tell you How Down to earth Sanjyot is! I just went through the link which he shared for agar agar and compared it with most of the others and found out, Not only It was affordable brand among others but if we buy that pack. It would cost us around 57 per pack. But, When We buy the same brand same product individually it would cost you more than 100 rs. He Still knows value for money for us. Lots of love @yourfoodlab .

@@lusumachi1181 same procedure as he showed in the video Only one thing I required almost 3 lemons to milk to curdle First I kept milk to boil Then added 250 ml Amul fresh cream Then once the milk boiled I switched off the gas and I started adding lemon juice It wasnt curdling so I kept adding and it curdled after adding almost 3 lemons Juice. Then strain it out and washed with cold water and then added to food processor to blend and added a pinch of salt. Then cream cheese is ready
I tried chef. Everything turned out to be nice in taste just that the cake didn't set with agar agar. I didn't heat the agar agar or may be the quantity used was less, will try again!!

2 suggestions:- 1. if you can't find white chocolate, you can use condensed milk, I added 80-100 Gms, please adjust sugar accordingly. 2. Set the cheesecake overnight, as it might be a little flowy, after 2-3 hours.

Whosoever reading this! I wanted to tell you How Down to earth Sanjyot is! I just went through the link which he
shared for agar agar and compared it with most of the others and found out, Not only It was affordable brand among others but if we buy that pack. It would cost us around 57 per pack. But, When We buy the same brand same product individually it would cost you more than 100 rs.
He Still knows value for money for us.

Only one thing I required almost 3 lemons to milk to curdle
First I kept milk to boil
Then added 250 ml Amul fresh cream
Then once the milk boiled I switched off the gas and I started adding lemon juice
It wasnt curdling so I kept adding and it curdled after adding almost 3 lemons Juice. Then strain it out and washed with cold water and then added to food processor to blend and added a pinch of salt. Then cream cheese is ready

I tried chef. Everything turned out to be nice in taste just that the cake didn't set with agar agar. I didn't heat the agar agar or may be the quantity used was less, will try again!!

2 suggestions:-
1. if you can't find white chocolate, you can use condensed milk, I added 80-100 Gms, please adjust sugar accordingly.
2. Set the cheesecake overnight, as it might be a little flowy, after 2-3 hours.
