- Puggy's so confident in his dog wheelchair now, we took him to his favourite walks spot - the woods!
Puggy has Degenerative Myelopathy, an incurable neurodegenerative spinal disease that will result in paralysis.
Puggy is still able walk a few steps on his own but with the vets advice he has a sweet new ride to make his transition easier as his mobility is declining.
Puggy isn’t in any pain and he is adapting to his new lifestyle like a boss, taking everything in his wheelchair enhanced stride. It’s been challenging at times but we will continue to do the very best for him and give him the most fulfilled, enriched life possible, as always!

Keep going little chap. We had to have our little Percy put down this Monday due to this awful illness but he managed 2.5 years. Just keep loving him.❤

Hey Heather, I’m from the UK too. I have a degenerative issue called pug-myelopathy, it stops signals going down my spine causing paralysis in my rear. I’m not in pain and my humans are determined for me to live and enjoy life the the max 🐾

Hey, thanks. I have pug-myelopathy which stops signals going down my spine to my back legs. So I’m a bit wobbly as I’m partially paralysed. However I’m in no pain and love life 🐾
