- In this PAW 100,
Fern the Dog, joins her human (Mountain Biker Paris Gore) on a ripping ride down one of the most rugged trails in Bellingham. With Fern leading the way, this is a canine shredit 4 all paw lovers.
Is Fern the Worlds Fastest Trail Dog?
What an amazing place to ride!Fern the dog has some speed and airtime. And camera work is simply beautiful. Such a great edit!
Awesome video, even more awesome dog. Fern ... my dog Fred (13) wishes he could've met you a decade ago. The trails you could've run together! 🥰
Dogs....
The most amazing animals on earth😊😊
Great camera work capturing that pure animal flow in an amazing setting!
Gah dam this man (and dog) deserves more credit. Awesome video!
Awesome, what bliss haha love it.
This would be even more hilarious if when fern was airborne you had an i9 hub sound in the background😂
Edit of the year ! ❤
Brandon Semenuk has been very quiet since that drop 😂
DOM: Dog of the mountain with those insane lines.
Such a joy to see a dog enjoying herself so much. Great filming. Thanks.
That dog has an amazing racing geometry; look at that head angle, it's probably around 65 degrees. Perfect traction front and rear!
It does! haha
Iam in the market for a four legged downhill mountain bike now , the fuzzy one that recharges at the nearby stream & is self healing to a degree. Organically puffed out of thin air, or intelligently designed? Hmmmm, Intellorgantlly.
@@learmillerphoto hope it eats a raw diet its an athlete it needs it
Make sure you get the assagai paws front and rear .
Wow. This was so awesome. I loved the slo-mo of the dog scrubbing over jumps - so intuitive … or did the doggie watch a bunch of Blake S. videos?
And he was deliberately choosing to do drops in healthy smaller segments instead of one big jump.
@@svenweihusen57 amazing right
I saw sights like this many a day when my dog and I used to do the trails....RIP Crismis.
Absolutely the best mountain dog/bike video. Cherish that connection, they don’t last long enough.✌🏻
Wow, thank you!
Absolutely brilliant - thank you for making this and sharing it. Respect!
This is the best video on UA-cam
I am totally impressed at everything I just saw. Props to Paris and Fern, and of course Lear
This is awesome!
Brutal ❤
good job bro you make my day
INSIDE OF THE INSIDE
That got my subscription
You can see the greatness at 0:08 with the wall ride entry.
Yeah that's a great vid!
It bring's back so many happy memories, thanks!
Never thought id watch a "downhill dogging" video. This is absolutely AWESOME!
This can become a new sport for dogs. 😊
Who is faster? traildog or human on a trailbike?
Now this is a shredit 😜👏👏👏
Question, does your dog always ride in front or behind? Or both? We are training our dog now and im not sure the best option. He favors in front and it seems easier to train
this should have 100k plus views at this point
Love the steeze at 0:35
Good boy whipped the S#&T outta that step up!
This had to been a lot of work. Amazing camera work... I love it!
Raw 100 Parody done best. 😂
Very awesome 🤙🏿
Fern owns! ❤
Brilliant masterpiece of production ingenuity and canine skills
Absolutely awesome ...... I need to up my scrubbing game 😂
Great footage of the perfect trail dog!
i love trail dogs. i take my 2yr jack russell out once a week with mtb for 7K and for a 5k run. he loves the bush. plus walks out there with my old trail dog (13) who can still run but too old for distance
There is nothing like a good dog
that was his own demo tape.
This should be a required orientation video for apartment dwellers that buy working breeds haha
Love the shots, and love watching dogs shred trails!
I’m an apartment dweller with a border collie trail dog. We’re doing just fine. 👌
If you think this is insane you should watch my German shepherds do this about 2 times faster racing each other it’s bad ass to watch
Great filmwork. Also you need to rename your dog Bullet 😅
Awesome
This has made my day a good one already. (with morning coffee.)
wow that was so fire
damnmm, that pawplant into the car was top notch. Fern should try pawplant 180 next
Unreal edit man really enjoyed watching it
Love this different perspective! Keep creating!
In the future, there will be lasers that are able to focus as well as herding dogs...
Paw 100>Raw 100
Did someone say Fern? What a cool and very well made video.
Liebevoll gemacht! Macht Freude! 😊😍👍
How is this dog so fast with no anodized or kashima coated parts?
This is amazing. Well done happy hound.
Thank you!
FANTASTIC DOG. FANTASTIC FILMING!
So much love for this video right now.

I laughed with excitement!!, He was having so much fun running that trail.
So adorable
thats so good put a smile on my face.
LOVE THIS!
What a cool trail dog, fantastic how he flies like a freerider over the trail!
That, there, is a PROPER trail dog 😍
jus out fer a rip are ye bud??!!
Love this 🎉
What is nicest to see about this video is that Fern, the dog, doesn’t have her tongue hanging deeply from her mouth nor is she panting wildly. The rider obviously makes sure to be mindful of Fern’s limits and to let her catch her breath on their ride. As well as provide her adequate drinking water to hydrate and cool down. I see so many dogs on the trails where the riders are *clueless* about their dogs absolutely killing themselves to not lose sight of their owners sprinting away on their bike. The dog’s tongue is stretched to the max out of their mouth and they’re heaving for breath. It’s great when you take your dog to enjoy the outdoors with you but they are not machines. Monitor their limits which may be different from yours. 💕
as a dog, i thank you for your concern. however, i'm a member of canidae, a family of mammals that can literally (i learned this word from a human) run for days. arf arf. p.s. sorry for the all lower case, my paws won't let me use the shift key.
Herding dogs like fern are selectively bred to be able to run for over 100 miles in a day… and then do the same thing the next day, and the next day. Humans sweat, dogs pant. Doesn’t mean either is dying.
that is one photogenic dog
This should have a million views. My dog runs the same she makes ruts in the back yard it’s hilarious
Thank you!
This is amazing!! Absolutely great shots
Bravo. That was some amazing filmmaking. 👏🏻👏🏻

Awesome camera work and better yet super awesome doggo. Thank you for the posting.
Well this was an absolute joy to watch. Amazing film.
One of the most joyest things I've seen. Well done.
You have got to put a stabilized camera on that doggo. New go pro or something....
Call it doggo view....
Awesome video....
Beautiful best dog!!
We lived many years ago in Montara Calif: we had a big border collie named ' Pepper, Speed Racer'.
He would tear up the paths!!!
🎉🎉🎉🎉
10/10
Ha, Ha, great, very fine! Though, other than the misdirection of the 'smoke clouds' at the start off (00:09), I have watched enough UA-cam down mountain trail bike scrambles to know that feel (certainly by 00:31 but maybe as early as just after the bridge crossing) presented here, I just needed to see when the bicyclist would plunge into view (01:01). Of course, no dog no matter the size of its heart nor the speed in his paws can sustain that pace and their ancient hunting had two forms - knowing trails and prey habits [the maps they piece together with living] for their ambush and the one-after-another dogging their prey in a continuing relay handoff [the endurance they develop] on their relentless chases.
💡!!! Set the dog off with a pierced can of paint. Then follow paint lines. Those lines... pawtastic!!!
Absolutely the glorification of man’s best friend! WELL DONE!
BEST thing I’ll watch for a LONG time..!
