Well this band keeps us on our toes, questionable why it didn’t make the album but hey it doesn’t matter, it’s going to get played and there will be some great live recordings.
Damn this song rocks! Right up there with Bismarck. I could be wrong, but I feel like they will do another album together because this past album walk around the moon they weren’t all together at the same time because of Covid, so I feel like they would want to do another album where they are together and be the first one where they’re together with buddy strong. Hope this makes it on it if they decide to do another one. Regardless, it sounds great.
What a song!! The range from starting with a deep baritone sax progressing into a soprano sax, the Tim solo, buddy harmony, and amazing lyrics??? This is peak 2023 DMB.

Side story: It’s been 20 years since I saw my first DMB show in Providence at age 14, and my teenage self could never have imagined that at 34, DMB would actually be playing in my tiny lil hometown, much less debut a brand new song 🥹 What an INCREDIBLE show tonight!
