Matt, this was a fantastic interview. I agree with practically everything Dr. Biamonte said. I learned and will continue to learn some things from his websites. I've battled and overcome candida in the past. I didn't know it was related to thyroid problems; which, is a current, but, well managed issue for me, now. So glad you put this information out there for the diabetes community (and beyond) to watch. I was blessed by it all.

Regenerative Agriculture needs to be taken seriously to rebuild our soils. Industrial monocrop agriculture has been a disaster, and the plant-based con it suppports to defend the status quo is not helping!
