Another fantastic video! I'm planning a visit for my mother and I within the next six-months for a few weeks. She intends to buy a place of her own and, after watching this, I might buy a piece of property to hold for my son who is interested in Belize ... but in medical school for another four years (so he's 110% broke;). It's funny, I had a notion that you are/were a Canadian too! I'll be on the market in mid/late-2025. Semi retired on this end with an 11 y/o up here (Nova Scotia). Hoping to meet you in person someday :)

Belize is getting to that point alredy too land price in the city is going up and buy it depends on the area and building cost going real high too the average Belizean in 20s and 30s realy have to make there mind up and make sacrifice to save to get a land then try get a loan to build and flip it or rent just my 2cent great vid Will
