Honestly trying to relocate from germany to a warm place soon. Have lived in Eastafrica and the Bahamas for a couple of years due to marriage. Now i am retired but still busy in the airline business. Life in germany is going on my nerves. Would appreciate your advice. regards frm germany

Titles are insured by the "crown"?? Curious what crown is that?
Titles insured by Belize government. They issue them. You can still get title insurance but you would be double insuring technically speaking.

Some places accept crypto but not many
