I'm super excited to see how Mahogany Bay transforms. Its such a beautiful community and I really enjoyed my time there. I can't wait to see how Secret beach turns out as well.
Will, as a retirement location Belize has tremendous potential, but NOT for tons of people who would destroy the uniqueness of Belize. If a person doesn't want to travel half way around the world where you don't know the language in buildings that sre skyscrapers and the sauna weather year round or politics is hard to tolerate, there are only two places left near amenities and a calm location, all that's left are Barbados and Belize (San Pedro)! Easy access back to the US and Canada when needed.
It’s a real shame that the infrastructure of the island isn’t keeping up anywhere near the pace of excessive over development. Buyers are going to end up extremely let down and frustrated !!!
