How to Make a Simple Syrup and Can Sweet Potatoes

Why don't you debugged and clean the sticky off rims before placing the ljds?

where is that 1 inch headspace ? and you did not wipe the syrup off the top of the jars before you put on the lids ??????

Didn't wipe the rims, no extra space, and no debubbling.😮

Turn them upside down to seal them if you are water bathing
