I have to say that Cluj is a wonderful city. Everything is picturesque. It's beautifully located between mountains. Cluj old town is very gorgeous. Buildings date since the medical times. Its a great city! Although it's a little bit expensive but since the majority of its citizens work in IT wages are also high.
Nu stiu dar parca ne este frica sa platam copaci in orase la noi. Ne trebuiesc copaci mai multi ca degeaba cladiri frumoase fara natura. Cand imbini natura si cladirile parca orasele arta mai bine. Londra este un exemplu formidabil. Exemplu, la minutul 6:50 au amenajat strada frumos iar acolo nu exista un copacel sau ceva natura. De infrastructura nici nu mai vorbesc. Vada ca in multe parti mai intai se construiesc cladiriile si apoi parcare, drumuri etc... Genul acesta de a construi se intampla numai in tari sub-dezvoltate economic. Oricum imi place sa vad ca se dezvolta si alte orase din Romania.

In Romania the most develop town of the last 10 years is ORADEA!!! Oradea although close to Hungary, was very poor 15-20 years ago. After 1990 most developed is Bucharest. Cluj Napoca probably had the best administration since the fall of Communism in 1990. Sibiu also very good administration... Sibiu is the best Romanian 2nd tier town! And then it's Oradea.

It’s not about,,fastest” It’s also about quality of the constructions. As someone else said here , buildings are full with cracks outside and dirty from the rain water leakage. The city has some decent people but it’s also NR1 city at online chatting and lot of prostitution. Corruption same as everywhere in Romania. 2000-3000 euros per square meter,doesn’t make much sense either. Plenty of cities in Europe, for the same market value are offering you top.. ex: Spain.

I’m in Cluj Napoca since 2006, I’m working in a building office showed in this video, is the biggest one in Cluj Napoca and i’m not earning 1500€ per month, i earn arround 450€ per month, my husband is an engineer and he earns only 900€ per month. We bought an apartament in the city in 2017 and by today the apartament increased in value more than 60.000€. The city has developed but the quality of life is not the best, the city is dirty, people are poor, everything is as expensive as in any other european country but the salaries…damn. The city has more negative things than positive ones.
Where do you work? 450€ per month is a fucking discrage. You should quit. Get a university, having a university in Romania opens jobs that have 1000€ higher salaries.

Again most of the women over there are over injected , old buildings left by Hungarians or Austrians are in poor shape , New buildings are yellow, pink without any architecture, the old regime buildings are in poor shape too,the food you receive from other countries is not first class food, politicians are setting high fines and your minimum income I think is $400 and so on. If you can’t face the truth,it’s not my problem but don’t blame the people for telling the truth.. .
