the fact is that mkleo 's not that a good player , he used the top tier char to keep win but now that everyone noticed how to beat this character he just cannot do much more but get shrekted , could swich back to ike but it wouldn't help since he can't read a lot , he's too used to just let the game make him win .

nah, it’s just that mkleo doesn’t do well against aggressive playstyles. first it was marss, and now it’s prodigy
rug rat Didn’t MKleo make Marss quit one time? Prodigy’s punishes with Mario are near impeccable and he holds on to advantage really well, he also did a fantastic job not losing too many stocks to ledge traps/edge guards from Leo either. And even if Leo supposedly struggles against aggressive playstyles being a non-PGR player and 3-0ing the #1 in the world is still incredible
Prodigy is so clean with his mario combos.
The Don well, besides Palutena they’re probably the easiest combos to execute in the game.

Even though Leo got the runback on Kurama today, this was still the best Smash Ultimate upset of all time.
Cool for Leo that he got his revenge on that Kurama guy but despite being the greatest ultimate player of all time he will be forever on a negative record against the Mario God Prodigy.

I could honestly see Kurama getting another W on Leo if he gets a couple of runbacks, the way he's been playing lately is unreal
I think the best part is despite beating him, Kurama still held the achievement of the only guy to even take a single game from Leo, prompting the smash legend to jokingly tweet: "Fuck, I lost a game"
Even though he got destroyed, mad respect to MKLeo. He took his L like a champ.

I would say wizzy is definitely better all round than prodigy. But prodigy is very close if not second best. Wizzy just has a problem with going up against other mario players and if he fixes that he'd do alot better

Wizzy: the best Mario and with the safest playstyle.

Bromar O Prodigy technically has the best result out of any mario. Dark wizzy has consistently better results though. I would say dark wizzy is still slightly better, but prodigy is definitely capable of taking that title if he keeps this up

It is 4/20/2022, and this set is still my ALL-TIME FAVORITE UPSET SET IN ALL OF SMASH BROS ULTIMATE. I get goosebumps everytime! There are plenty of other good sets, but this was an upset of a lifetime.
I feel you, this match was one of the hardest for MKLeo at the time. The tracking Prodigy's Mario did was out of this world, playing faster than what MKLeo could process
Update: it is 5/15/2024, and this set is still my ALL-TIME favorite upset of all of Smash Ultimate! I am STILL getting goosebumps when I watch it.

My favorite smash ultimate match of all time. With the game having almost no shot at recovering properly, it might stay that way forever. Prodigy's mario is so aggressive and seeing the best player get upset is huge. The storyline for this tourney is great also with the insane losers bracket run
