Toilet Lever Replacement

Another day, another repair on my house. Sometimes, I feel like a house is a bit like an old car, there's always something new to fix. This time, it's the toilet lever on my downstairs bathroom. Both this one and one of the upstairs bathrooms had faulty levers that would stay down and allow the toilet to keep running. This led to some crazy water bills!
Fortunately, Korky makes a spring loaded lever that's pretty much guaranteed to pop back up and not have this problem. It worked really well upstairs and today I'm showing how it works downstairs. Unfortunately, the downstairs is missing a chain float, so you have to hold the lever to get a full flush. I will be getting one so that I can have full functionality down there soon.
