I’ve been out of the gym for some time now due to my hectic schedule. I was elated to finally be able to join a class this past week so I signed up for two sessions. This video was compiled during my second session so I was a bit tired by then.
The chin-up workout called for an overhand grip. For one, I missed that during the workout. And even if I did know, that’s almost impossible for me to do so I always end up doing the underhand version, hence why I used the quotations for the name included in the video.
