Currently do an 8 day split
Legs, push, pull, rest, legs, chest and back, shoulder and arms, rest
UA-cam recommended me to this video and clicked out of curiosity. I must say I got disappointed a lot. You do so much ego lifting that I don't understand where you want to go with it. Everyone that really like bodybuilding, would instantly see it. You choosing to make videos about it won't ever get you the succes you think. Why would someone spend their FREE time to watch someone doing ego lifting and talking nonsens, when I can get so much more by watching someone like Renaissance Periodization, Jeff Nipard, and many more great UA-camrs. Now when I talk about free time, then you're not just competing against other UA-camrs, but also other things in life someone could use on instead.
