      bro his form does suck 😂 just because you move heavy weight doesn't give a green light for bad form. haft reps don't give you any gym results, unless you are juiced up. and if you can only hit haft reps not even full range of motion, then it's too heavy for you and you're not helping your body in any way. if bro would fix his form, he'd grow much quicker. also, the caving of his chest when he presses is not good.

    I don’t see how people think this is real. Atrophy happens after 3 straight hours of exercise. No ones doing more than 4 hours at the gym and if you are you’re lucky you’re that big but you’re literally killing the gains you could be getting and making your body weaker to die quicker when you’re older.
