Can you imagine writing songs as a solo artist playing in bars in front of no one to having a crowd of 15,000 singing your lyrics back to you. Bless this man.

I LOVE Aaron Lewis!! Country, metal. Staind. Solo..... he is amazing and so glad he is one musician that has the balls and sense to see what is happening in the United States and speak out and call it the way it is!!! Smart and talented with a mind of his own and an amazing voice to go with it.... we need more like him!

Went to his show 2 days later in New Hampshire. Was still drinking, still smoking, and still fucking killing it.
As someone that “drinks some whiskey and smokes a little weed” I get it. Love how the crowd still went along because these songs; like dude just play me these songs live in person for an hour and I’m fully engaged because it hits me deep and I relate.

I may be wrong, but something tells me this guy's really depressed inside. I hope he gets through it if its true. We have already lost some talented gems like Chester and Chris Cornell too soon. He's a gem of an artist, and really underrated (despite of all the success). I listen to loads of different kinds of music, but Staind/Aaron Lewis is easily on top of my favorites list.
What gives you that impression? He's definitely buzzed up, but having a great time connecting with the crowd. Hopefully he isn't sacrificed like Chris and Chester etc.
