You should get help. Do some major soul searching. Become self aware. Or stay a victim to others that hurt you including your own self. Re write your story you decide now who you want to be and how you want to feel. God brings people along the way to help sometimes as well be open to that. But if you stay in your own shit it’s your fault. Lots of peeps were given bad cards in life. It’s not your fault.
