I’ve had people comment this about a million times so I’ll say it: Yes I get it is just a theory. It was made up for fun. Just like how I had fun tearing it down. I get that it’s not meant to be taken seriously or debunked in a traditional sense. So anyone commenting “It’s just a theory”, yeah I know. This is just a debunk, made for fun just like the theory itself. Furthermore, if you’ve come to this video because you think a lot of theories are real and should be taken seriously: Remember that these are just theories. There are many theories that turned out to be true but many MANY more that turned out to be wrong. So don’t take anything I or anyone else says about SpongeBob too seriously.
The episodes are not released in chronological order right, so when people say like this is the last episode, it’s obviously not the last episode made for the show, but story wise it is, right?
Yeah, that’s the idea. But as I said, I don’t subscribe to the idea that SpongeBob has a real story. Each individual episode has little to no relation to other episodes in terms of plot and there’s no continuity between them unless it’s a 2 part episode or something like that.
Ill watch the whole vid, but debunking spongebob theories is dumb considering that these are fun little thoughts that people like to make into theories which are engaging and hilarious and even true at times, like the seven deadly sins theory and its like a great retired youtuber once said:"that's just a theory, a film theory!"
I think it’s really important to mention that Movie Neptune and show Neptune are 2 entirely different characters basically. And it’s been kinda established that show Neptune is more of the canon one since he’s been the one that shows up more often then Movie Neptune
8:40 while this is most certainly true, the episode that we are watching still claims that in this specific instance, everyone died and SpongeBob ended up alone, which is still pretty messed up for a young childrens show.
....im glad you have your opinion I guess...I mean kinda just sounds like really hating if anything jesus, calling a bunch of people "crazy" for having fun making theorys.

Yeah I get what you mean, I was playing up the anger a bit for the video, not realizing that actually takes away from the points I’m trying to make. If/when I do another spongebob debunk I will definitely be doing it differently. I don’t wanna feel superior to anyone, I just want to have fun poking holes in these silly theories. I don’t really think the people who make them are crazy or anything.

i think your video would be much more interesting if you focused just on the theory's weak spots, than sounding frustrated. please debunk the theorizer's spongebob videos because between famous youtube spongebob videos, his seem the "craziest" to me.
@@debater452 uh idk, i mean his coraline or pixar theory yes they're god tier accurate but the spongebob ones feel more like a psychological analysis of the characters with some lovecraftian metaphysics and this is why i don't find his spongebob theories as good as the coraline or pixar ones. in comparison, alex bale's theories seem much more cohesive with the show's nature. i think it mostly boils down to the difference in their methods, theorizer himself said that he first crafts a story, then tries to find the evidence for his story, kinda like reverse engineering but bale does the opposite, he first finds evidence and then connects them into a story.
@@debater452 yes i don't deny the evidence, i mostly disagree with the reasoning. the robot invastion theory's part about patrick basically uses the same evidence as the theorizer's patrick theory but the reach to different conclusions.
You don't seem to understand his points on Neptune: Namely that he's suggesting that, IN UNIVERSE, Neptune isn't actually a god but merely a king, while Poseidon is the one with real actual godly powers. Second, being a god and being flawless aren't the same thing, especially not when we're discussing classical mythology where the gods were flawed AF.
16:00 I agree that his conclusion is definitely ridiculous, although him pointing out this dialogue is kinda fair. It is odd that they’d talk about Neptune versus Poseidon when throughout the majority of the show, Poseidon is almost never mentioned. It’s also odd that this wind continues to blow for thousands of years and is strong enough to completely cover the entirety of bikini bottom. I think there is more going on, and I think that it is possible they were considering the introduction of the character of Poseidon as another main villain alongside plankton, but they ended up changing their minds as the direction of the show shifted.
Ok, so here’s my take of what happened in the episode: I don’t agree that Poseidon was ever meant to be a character at this stage in the show. I think that the conversation symbolizes exactly what he thinks it does at the beginning: The people of Bikini Bottom no longer believe in Neptune. And so as punishment, Neptune destroys Bikini Bottom (just like in the biblical tale of Sodom and Gomorrah). The wind keeps blowing for thousands of years because Neptune is just really vindictive. He wants to fully destroy Bikini Bottom and as punishment for what the people did there, he makes it so no one could ever live there again.
Well its been theorize but also confrim in the scane where sandy talks to her younger self that the 3rd film is a split timeline and that includes posedien as well and porbly never existed in the main timeline
