      @Trouble-Clef 5 місяців тому +2

      It’s her right. Even if her lawyer advises against it. And before she does the judge always questions them about it first. And asks them if they want to take the stand. And when they say no the judge also asks if it’s their own decision and if they pressured or not. So if a defendant wants to testify there’s nothing their lawyer can do about it.

    • @Trouble-Clef
      @Trouble-Clef 5 місяців тому +6

      @@janephillips3627 Yes he is. The only people that can question her on the stand are her lawyers, and the prosecution lawyers. It’s normal to have more than one lawyer in a murder trial. For example: one of her lawyers may specialize in evidence, while another one may specializing in direct or cross examination, and so on. And the prosecution can have more than one lawyer as well, for exactly the same reasons. Murder trial can be very involved, especially one that was already over-turned on appeal.

Hard to believe her defense is to admit to multiple crimes to make her seem more credible when she denies the ultimate crime of conspiracy to murder. Luckily she won't convince any jury of this. This lawyer's sarcastic laughing during questioning is annoying and unprofessional.
