Red Dead Redemption 2 Cornwall Discussion Around Camp Fire

Heading towards the campfire, I heard my fellow gang members discussing Cornwall! Not the fellow in the game, but the place, beautiful Cornwall. Of course, the guy who was discussing Cornwall was Mr Trelawny.
There are so many mentions of Cornwall in the game, as well as Cornish names, that I believe someone from Cornwall, or someone who really loves the place was involved in the storywriting, or in making the game itself.
Great to hear Cornwall mentioned so often.
