Yes, having a camera in the sky is amazing, and whilst you can get some unique angles & movements, etc if you use the same angles every time your video will get extremely boring and your viewers will lose interest.
You need to think about the structure of the video, breaking down the video into scenes and shot types, and utilise interesting camera movements that will keep the viewer wanting more!
