I actually didn't get to do it, funny you asking now but last week was my first real real job professionally and I'm still editing it but they seemed happy with my first draft. Thank you for asking how's business for you going?
Nice video! I have two questions. 1) which software do you use for post production processing? 2) lastly, Do you use any ND filters ever at all to adapt to lighting conditions? Or is it better to shoot raw and edit and post?
For images we still use lightroom Classic & PS & as for filters we mainly use them for video and can get away with just shooting RAWs for images & adjust in post :)
This is really cool!!! out of interest, how can I follow the regulations by flying away from the house to get a shot? I assume its best to hover over the houses rather than the street? I am just trying to figure out the best way. Keep up the great work! Regards from Canada
Question for UAVISUALS- How did you land your 1st Real Estate gig AND how the hell do you practice this? Someone else said"use your own home" . Well, where I live is too clutter-fucked and all my progress looked like shit. Ideas?
Very helpful thank you. Which iPad holder are you using? I’m getting frustrated with a small screen and other distractions. Also, any suggestions for reducing glare on the iPad screen?
I believe this one is by PGYTECH, but polar pro does a sweet one too! Also get a sunshade hood that is immersive and goes all the way around the screen!
Would love to see your post processing on real estate and property for video and lightroom edit like your thumbnail. I am starting up my buisness in Malaysia here.
Which drone would you rather pick for Pictures nd Videos. I am debating between the Phantom 4 Pro v2 and the Mavic Pro Plat. I see you used the Mavic and said the Phantom is for back up?
Love your video! Do you mind me asking how you handle with the neighbours' complaints during flying a drone over a client's house in residential areas in Australia? Also, can you fly over their heads even though it might invade their privacy by law?
Hey Rachel, generally we knock on the immediate neighbours house & let them know as a courtesy. Although not mandatory its a nice thing to do. You can not fly over anyone unless they are part of the operation so its best to make sure you wait until they are out of the way :)
Excellent video. Thanks for doing it. Quick question for you, what model is your Pelican? I'd like to transport 2 Phantom 4 pro's and would like to look into similar. Thanks again.
@@UAVISUALS Awesome stuff man. Thanks a bunch. Also, as pilot getting ready to get my US 107 and starting up on High-End real estate, these series of vids is invaluable for beginners like me. It's much appreciated!
I watch a lot and I can’t understand if this profession is in demand or not? Is it possible to earn money or there are no orders? I was told by one realtor that they film everything on their own phones, real estate is very expensive and there are no orders - there are no jobs for drone owners either.
Nice video...Thanks for sharing......Drones aren't just a gimmick or a toy - they are legitimate aerial photography workhorses that allow you to create photos from a completely different perspective. Our time-lapse cameras Melbourne are the perfect option to showcase your site or event and allow you to access footage at any stage throughout the project. For Details visit: droneifa.com.au/

So happy to find someone doing such brilliant tutorial type videos, and who also lives locally. Thanks. Have you done Part II yet?
Cheers mate. Just uploaded 👍🏽
Good reminder about being lazy about keeping your drone in the line of site. So many people don't.
with the mavic mini you loose sight when its like 100 feet away. Especially since it is painted the color of clouds.
