The North Coast 500 - Ullapool Area

Something slightly different today - a brief tour of the Ullapool section of the NC500, part of the North West Highlands Geopark - we didn't do the full NC500 in our latest trip in our VW t5 converted campervan, but we did cover the section from Scourie to Applecross - the Applecross Road will be in a later video. These are a few areas of interest and beauty either on, or near the North Coast 500, around the Ullapool section of the trip. We visited Stoer Point Lighthouse, Staic Pollaidh, Ardmair, Rheagreanoch and Achmelvich Bay.

Such stunning scenery and I would normally have enjoyed the videography, however for me, the music was inappropriate and distracting - clearly showing my age! Your Hebridean road trips were glorious to watch, it’s all so subjective 🙂

I’m so sorry Joan! Maybe just mute it and put your own music on…?🤣 it’s a really hard call when the music is much more front and centre like this, rather than in the background like my other videos - this was along the lines of the music we were listening to as we did the trip, so in my head it all felt right, but the world would be boring if we all just agreed!

Noted, thank you - was trying something different, as there wasn't really a narrative story, but I've got a thought on how to do it if I end up in the same situation!
