it would of been nice to actually talk about the printer specifications,
Meaning talk about its sell points like,
The build volume. what temperature can the Extruder go up to and also the build plate temp
how many extruders can it use
does it have Bluetooth or Wifi capability
What is the fasted speed it can print at
Does it have all metal gears and a filiament fan and sensor
Anyway at the whopping price, and you cannot change the build, i mean another build plate type cost next to nothing
but really as a hobbyiest my Enders 3v2 and 7 I do have the choice to swap around my build plates to suite the materials I use
Also the Hot ends after an upgrade can reach 500c so carbon fibre is no problem
one thing i can say about Matterhackers, is your software is great.

It would have been much more interesting if you had asked the hard questions like, how do they expect to compete with the new crop of machines like the ones coming out of Bambu Lab? I’ve had my Ultimaker 2+ for six years now, but recently bought a P1P, and it’s really hard to see how Ultimaker stays revenant outside of a few niche markets.

    Unreasonably expensive. Go with Bamboolab.

I have purchase several times from these people and up until now I've been happy. I received a PEI build plate as a secret pal gift at a community center party "we put our name and likes in a big bowl and who ever picks your name buys you something in one of the several suggestions on your piece of paper" and after just 3 uses the powder coat is coming off and sticking to my prints. What's really rich is that instead of offering to replace the build plate they offered me a 15% discount to purchase another one to replace it. REALLY!! So needless to say I won't be spending another dime with them. That is not what I call customer service and standing behind you product. I even sent them pictures and they too said that was really not supposed to happen. But I guess with a 15% discount they figure it's one way to make me spend money with them. Not happening. What a rip off.

What amazes me is they cloned a prusa then charged more for it. This is how businesses start dropping off the map. When you down right take advantage of people I refuse to spend $1 with them.

    That price is stupid.
I would rather tinker for thousands less and spend that 5 extra minutes in setup.
    Nice release before tax time

These same printers can't keep up with a basic ender 3v2 and cost thousands more that's unnecessary get a prusa at $800 not 8k
