  • Thank you to everyone who submitted questions to Ronnie about the 40th anniversary of his first solo album - I've Got My Own Album To Do.
Ronnie received over 5,000 questions! So here he selected a few to answer about the songs on the album, Cancel Everything, about his relationship with a girlfriend and getting through to a loved one, Crotch Music - how he got Willie Weeks his first publishing deal, Far East Man, written with George Harrison, Mystifies me, dedicated to lost love, and Breathe On Me, recorded in these sessions but featured on Ronnie's next album Now Look (1976).
Ronnie talks about his favourite songs on the album,

I genuinely think Far East Man is one of the greatest songs ever put together. Ronnie's version. George's is good, mind you. Unusual how he doesn't quite reveal who Mystifies Me is about...yet he had no issue with telling her face to face on his radio/tv show! Quite toe curling, that.

Let's be honest. Ronnie should stick to his paintbrush and guitar. He can't sing and hasn't penned anything much since his Faces days. This album should be called "I've got my sucking up to the Stones album to do."
