No markets until almost the game is over, excess food. 3rd tier gold upgrade @ 30 minutes into the game. 2nd tier wood upgrade while playing a wood heavy army comb @ 28m in the game. Heavy Archers as Hades @ 19 m, Champion Archers @ 32m. Waste Favor on Restoration instead of Plenty Vaults, wait like 2 minutes before starting to get your nonexistent armory upgrades from only 2 Armories etc. etc. I mean, yeah, if your opponent kinda forgets to get any meaningful upgrades till the game is more than halfway done lol P.S. Temple of Apollo costs 75g and 12 favor and heals units at a whopping 15 hp per second, 3 at a time, so it can heal up to 45 hp per second. You can heal Champion Toxotes from 1 hp to full in 5.6 seconds, nearly twice as fast as you can train them with the Conscript upgrade. Even if you healed like 2-3 units, you'd have broken even/gotten your money's worth, which is quite achievable if you're defending your base. You can even build forward Temples (by your Underworld Passage for example)? It's weird that people don't abuse this upgrade more when they choose Apollo.
6:15 Werent towncenters an exception? When you build a towncenter to 50% and it hets destroyed after, you get everything back. It was like that in the EE version if im not mistaking. If you keep building while its being dmged like in this game its different story i think xd.
What about mining aggressive to the third goldmine of the opponent with oranos? You can zip back whenever you get attacked and you take away slme gold of the opponent
I mean if you look at the game state when they tapped out it's pretty clear that a comeback was more or less impossible. They never would have been able to muster an army advantage that could push onto another gold mine. You can't effectively split push oranos. They were so far behind in economy by that point. They were never gonna get another plenty up. They had zero advantage to leverage before the titan came out and just wiped them. I guess every chess match that ends in checkmate rather than a king getting chased around for 15 turns isn't worth watching either then.
@@Raftar31 nah, Hades just wasn't that good. Hades is best late game god but this guy has only 2 moves...minotaur rush and colossus Rush with random troops.... No strategy

You played well! Beating Hades late-game is insane. I have to ask why you didn't use shockwave once though, so many key moments.

Maybe its my quality, but maybe viewing this a bit more zoomed in would make it a little easier to see individual units and what theyre targeting
I felt that way on my phone if it was on my lap, once I was on my pc it looked fine. Just my 2 cents
