Magearna in the one VGC format she was allowed in lol. Which brings us to the companion video that features legendaries and mythicals etc, including Ubers (Magearna was OU in gen 7 despite being tested, was banned to Ubers in gen 8). We now have Ubers UU for a reason.

Restricted Legendary is a specific category of legendary pokemon consisting of the cover legends of games and dlc (minus Suicune, Urshifu, and Ogrepon plus Eternatus, Zygarde, and Mewtwo). They typically have 670+ base stats and are designed to be much stronger than most pokemon
I've seen some people refer to it as a second restricted legendary in reg G before, but that was just a joke. The only restricted paradox Pokemon are Koraidon and Miraidon (which are treated as restricted legendaries in gameplay).
I didn't want to discuss them because them being banned to Ubers but not banned in VGC has more to do with the difference in rule sets, rather than them being overwhelmingly powerful, which I did not want to be the focus of this video.
Vgc bans mons based on their status (legendary, mythical, etc) which isn't the definition for actual power. Smoogon is a little more accurate about power scaling
No, unless the Tatsugiri is taking damage from a passive effect like poison/sand, it cannot be hit and will still be on the field after Dondozo faints.
I personally think Empoleon makes a good addition to this list as well! It's coverage has been useful for a long time, it's very versatile in movesets, and has seen plenty of usage in both Game modes for over a decade!

Nice
I think singles should have item clause
idk why it doesn't have it
Almost every official format has had it, back to GSC
Item clause isn't the problem for singles, and makes hazards a lot better due to ghold blocking removal, and ghold really isn't banworthy ever since DLC1. Limiting teams to 1 boots/lefties just limits defensive options.
A booster energy ban would be better than item clause, and even then, most teams really only have 1 booster mon so it doesn't even violate item clause
Surely there are better arguments than "every official format has it."
Rillaboom its too strong, it shouldnt have grassy glide and fake out
It’s very strong, but most meta’s are hostile to mono grass attackers. So it’ll often have to work in spite of bad matchups.
