Hey! No I haven’t ever tried the iron on method, but I have seen other creators do it and it seems to work well if you struggle with wrinkles. I would use mod pod though not poly. The wet method really really helps me 😊 thanks for watching

Hey Sarah! Thanks so much Coppermill Mercantile is in Kinston 1030 W New Bern Rd I sell IOD Products and JRV products in both of my booths (My other booth is at Lola's Vintiques on Center St in Goldsboro) Both of the stores sell fusion paint. Unfortunately no one around here sell DIY Paint or the Patina Paints so we are stuck with ordering them online :/ Thanks so much for watching!
Hey 👋 and welcome! I have two vendor booths ❤ I have a regular full time job but luckily a Salvation Army is 5 minutes from my work so every day at lunch I go check them out and on weekends I’m always going somewhere to pick. Pickin is my favorite part 😊
I've tried both ways many times and I get better results when I use the poly. Less wrinkles in the paint inlay too when you mist the paper before applying Thanks for watching! ❤
I've seen the Sweet Pickins milk paint used in another person's video. Does it always crackle like that? Is there a treatment necessary to make it crackle? I've only tried the Tim Holtz Distressed Crackle Paste, which is fine for small projects and just puts a glaze over a surface. I'm still a novice at it.
It will most of the time crackle if you add some heat to it on the last coat. I use my heat gun I use paint couture 2 steps crackle but it does leave a glossy finish that i ain't crazy about... Thanks for watching ❤
There's a tool when thrifting where I snap a pic of a shelf, crop out all items with my thumb (takes about 1 minute), and it identities the names and online prices for each item in just 5 minutes. You can find resellable items on a store shelf way quicker than you ever could manually Googling them one by one, essentially beating all other thrift store hustlers in the store. The tool is worthwiz.com
@@ReclaimedGrace Google Lens doesn't have a bulk search. The closest thing this could be compared to is Google Lens, but much better because it is a bulk searching tool similar to what Google Lens does. Essentially allowing you to find stuff way quicker in the store rather than stupid one by one searches on Google lens. You would be surprised what would happen if you just pay a little bit of money for stuff and stop expecting everything for free

I use Walmart paint brushes most of the time unless I'm painting furniture.
they are in the craft section.
They are cheap synthetic brushes
