I still struggle with pronouncing creme brûlée 😅 will keep working on it!
You'll want to add a bit of salt to the sugar to bring out the flavor of the caramel more.
Look delicious!! I was surprised because it was easier to make than I thought.
Thank you for always great recipes 🥰

Wow absolutely beautiful creme brule,. I bet they were delicious too❤
It's so delicious!😋
Also when I’ve introduced cream and the vanilla pod I bring the cream sugar and vanilla bean to the boil then I reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes then I remove from heat and let it come to room temp before introducing the egg yolks
Is it ok if i use 3 egg yolk
Wow another MASTERPIECE 👏👏👏👏👏
Plsssss show caramel toffees plsssss

I like using raw sugar as it makes for a nicer presentation. Brown sugar is a nice twist too. Cheers.

hey aya was checking for recipies of lemon curd i see some use cornstarch but in ur recipe u didn't .what s the effect ?
Cornstarch helps to thicken liquids but you don't need it when enough eggs are added! Eggs and butter(mainly eggs) does the job to thicken the curd.
May I confirm please
More ramekins would be less time bL
I love your baking UA-cams I’ve recently stumbled upon. ❤
I’ve made a few and they were mouthwatering ❤
Yes, it'll be less time with 5 ramekins since it's a bit shallower.
I'm so glad you loved it❤️ & Thank you for finding my channel!

My favorite! I’ll have to try this recipe, thank you!
Hope you'll like it!
I Loved it 😍 👏👏
So yummy ❤
But what’s the difference between this crème brûlée and the custard pudding you made before 🤔
Thank so much dear for all dedication to make these beautiful and first class sweets easy for us to try at home
My pleasure 😊 Custard pudding is made by pouring caramel on the bottom of pans/ramekins and custard filling on top of it. Creme brûlée has higher content of heavy cream and yolks, so it’s more rich and add crunchy caramel in the very end by torching the sugar on top!
@@PastryLivingwithAya thank you dear ❤️

👌
Yummy 😋
can't wait to make these. thank you
Hope you’ll enjoy!😉
Ha, I have a batch of pumpkin crème brûlée in the oven right now (using your pumpkin spice) and here comes Aya. I swear sometimes I think she can read my mind. Your ratios look a lot like how I prefer. I like a little milk in crème brûlée like you have here so it doesn’t taste so fatty once cold.
I also prefer wide ramekins so you get more caramel.
Great tip about the blowtorch to get rid of bubbles!
Wow! what a timing!! Thank you for using the spice❤ I am also using it sometimes as by adding into my hot water 😁 (It warms me up!)
Hope you’ll love this creme brulee. I LOVE it❤
When I make my crème brûlée I use 500ml pure cream and when I’m ready to bake them I just use a boiled kettle that has been sitting for 5 mins to 6 mins and I put the tray into the oven and then I pour in the boiled water easier than the other way round
You should be as viewed as “much as “Andy Cooks”! Just love your very detailed soothing videos to make gorgeous desserts. Thank you.
Thank you so much!😊
