I Made (And Fixed) All The Mistakes For Crème Brûlée

- Crème brûlée is a simple dish with few ingredients, but requires proper technique to become the dish we know it to be. My first iteration included many common mistakes which led to a less than ideal final product. In this video I illustrated those to give viewers a better idea of how the dish is supposed to be made.

-1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped
-1 tbsp vanilla extract
-5 egg yolks
-100g sugar (1/2 cup)
-8g (2tsp) sugar per serving for caramelizing

Sorry I forgot to say I lowered the temp to 300F instead of 325F!!
You said it a little over halfway through, you didn't miss it I'm pretty sure anyway
I dont now if I’m on the wrong here. But the holes on the crème brûlée looks like it comes from bubbles before the cooking in the oven. If so a tip is to take a torch and gentle burn on the top so the bubbles disappear. Either way great video❤️
I used a really deep and not very wide ramekin and it was in the oven for 1 and a half hours, but it somehow was still extremely undercooked
