- In this video I will cover what I experienced and how I fixed it. My X-Pro Vader with a ZS-190 motor was not going into gear. I was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem. There a bolt on the other side of the case we're the nutrial wire is that holds the assembly in as well it should also get checked and blue lock tight it holds the shift drum if they become loose the gears can crash. Make sure the washer is there to.💯🛠️👍✌️💯🏍️
There is a kick start delete kit they sell for this engine as well so you can remove it if you like.🛠️👍💯🏍️✌️

@@NICKELGHANDI I just googled 190cc engine kick start delete kit. To find it there more than one company that sells the kits. Once I seen what the parts were though I basically laughed and used a peace of pipe/tubing and washers for a spacer and took out all of the kick start parts out of the engine. I guess If your never going to use the kick start parts you can also use and do the same thing by using the gear it self as the spare but I would grind the teeth off the gear so it's round and can't catch on any thing. It's only need as a space so there no movement of the shaft. All the other parts can be removed and i also ran a tape in the cover for threads were the shaft stuck out for threads and plug the hole off. Once you see the kit it will make more sense 😉👍💯🛠️✌️🏍️
That could of loosened up if the bolt on the ignition side of the case is loose or not tight you had to of took it out at one point when you switch the gear selection wires the bolt actually holds the other side of the shift drum Wich is connected to the parts that became loose on the clutch side probably because there was to much end flow movement in the shift drum. Vibration travels when parts are loose😉🛠️💯🏍️
Do you mean on the case itself or something inside the case? All of the case bolts are tight. I wonder if I put one in the wrong place.
@@NICKELGHANDI it in side the case should be close to the wires at the top almost directly across from the other side that you had to tighten up it holds the shift drum from moving around it also will cause it to not shift right. 🛠️💯

@@NICKELGHANDI no problem there actually a video were a guy for got to tighten that bolt or it might of been that he forgot the washer on the same parts your working on but he completely shattered his hole transmission gear set and he just had rebuilt his engine and the hole engine was trashed it couldn't be repaired or saved. 🤪 There some videos that definitely are good to watch and they talk about common problem and fixes for the 190cc engine and mods that are good to do look up ooracing tube on UA-cam it will be beneficial. To watch all of there videos. If you have or want to know anything about the 190cc I don't mind answering questions IV help quite a bit of people on UA-cam with there 190cc already I have spec sheet for them and no what performance parts are available and what the difference is between the different brands and models offered I also have both brand 190cc my self and have rebuilt them. I also have a clone with a 212cc with a 4v head fuel injection hydro clutch with a aracer ECU slipper clutch and high mount dual exhaust with a quick shifter.
